• Email correspondence — any information you share when you contact us at info@complizoom.com
• Call bookings — name and email address when you schedule a consultation via Calendly
• Payment information — when you purchase a service, payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not store your full card number
• Live chat — any information you share through the Tidio chat widget on our website

Where data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, typically through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or the provider's participation in recognised data protection frameworks.

5. How long we keep your data

• Quote enquiries (non-clients) — up to 12 months after your last interaction, then deleted
• Client engagement data — for the duration of our engagement plus 6 years, in line with UK statutory requirements for professional services
• Payment records — 6 years from the date of transaction, as required for accounting and tax purposes
• Live chat transcripts — up to 12 months
• Website analytics data — aggregated and anonymised; raw logs deleted after 30 days

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to erasure — ask us to delete your data where there is no compelling reason to continue processing it
• Right to restrict processing — ask us to suspend processing of your data in certain circumstances

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies for behavioural advertising. We do not run Google Analytics or any similar third-party analytics platform.

9. Children's data

Our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
